RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

The following terms are applicable for any products that you purchased with us.
IMPORTANT: WE DO NOT SHIP INTERNATIONALLY. WE ONLY SHIP WITHIN THE UNITED STATES. THIS WILL BE STATED BEFORE, DURING, AND AFTER PURCHASE OF A PRODUCT.
INTERPRETATION AND DEFINITIONS
 
Interpretation
The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.
Definitions
For the purposes of this Return and Exchange Policy:

  • Goods refer to the items offered for sale on the Service.

  • Orders mean a request by You to purchase Goods from Us.

  • Service refers to the Website.

  • Website refers to My Site, accessible from meomycreatures.com

  • You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.
     

GENERAL RETURN POLICY
All items are made-to-order through print-on-demand partners (Printify, Wooacry). Because of this, items are not returnable or exchangeable for reasons such as buyer’s remorse, wrong size, or change of mind.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items:
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:

  1. Contact us within 30 days of delivery at meomycreatures@gmail.com.

  2. Provide your order number and a clear photo of the issue.

  3. We will work with our printing partner to provide a refund or replacement at no extra cost to you.

Note: Physical returns are not required, as all replacements or refunds are handled with our print-on-demand partners.
 
REFUND POLICY
To be eligible for a refund:

  • The issue must be due to damage, defect, or incorrect item.

  • Contact us within 30 days of receiving the product.

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used at checkout (e.g., PayPal, credit card). If a bank transfer is required, please provide:

  • Full Name

  • Bank Name

  • Account Number

  • Bank Routing or Sort Code

Once we receive confirmation from the printing partner, your refund will be issued within 7–14 business days. After contacting us regarding a return, we will follow up with instructions on what is required based on the provider of the product. Keep everything intact and don’t remove anything if you plan on returning.
